At Eric & Julia Vancouver, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return and refund policy.


1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the product.

  • All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs or import fees.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original labels, tags, and packaging must still be attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part of the order are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@ericjuliavancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner. Please note that our suppliers are located in China, as we operate using a dropshipping model.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including all shipping, customs, and handling costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and proof of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Liability and Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments if tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the provided return address.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
